REPRESENTATION OF AGENTS. The Contractor and the Purchaser hereby declare that the contents of this Building Agreement shall constitute the full and final Building Agreement between the parties. No other Terms, Conditions or Proposals whatsoever, which may have been made by the Contractor or his Agents, shall be binding on the Contractor save where such amended terms, conditions or proposals have been reduced to writing and signed by both the Contractor and the Purchaser.
