Representation of Counsel. The parties acknowledge that they have consulted with or have had the opportunity to consult with their own legal counsel prior to executing this Warrant. This Warrant has been freely negotiated by the parties and any rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Warrant.
