Representation of non-Pool Members. Each of the Chief Executive (if any) or his duly appointed representative, the Settlement System Administrator, the Pool Funds Administrator, the Grid Operator and the Ancillary Services Provider shall be obliged to attend, and each other Party, each Committee Member, the Pool Auditor and the Director (or its or his duly appointed representative) shall have the right to attend, at each general meeting of Pool Members, and each of them shall have the right to speak (but not to vote) thereat.
