Common use of Representation of Officers Clause in Contracts

Representation of Officers. The officer’s certificates delivered to the Representatives as required or contemplated by Section 5 hereof shall constitute representations and warranties hereunder by the Company, as to matters covered thereby or as excluded from or disclosed against therein, to each Underwriter.

Representation of Officers. The officer’s certificates delivered to the Representatives as required or contemplated by Section 5 7(n) and Section 7(p) hereof shall constitute representations and warranties hereunder by the Company, as to matters covered thereby or as excluded from or disclosed against therein, to each Underwriter.

Representation of Officers. The officer’s certificates delivered to the Representatives as required or contemplated by Section 5 6 hereof shall constitute representations and warranties hereunder by the Company, as to matters covered thereby or as excluded from or disclosed against therein, to each Underwriter.
