Representation of Shares of Other Entities. The Chairman of the Board, the President or any Vice President or any other person authorized by resolution of the Board of Trustees or by any of the foregoing designated officers, is authorized to vote on behalf of the Trust any and all shares of any corporation or corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other entities, foreign or domestic, standing in the name of the Trust. The authority granted to these officers to vote or represent on behalf of the Trust any and all shares held by the Trust in any form of entity may be exercised by any of these officers in person or by any person authorized to do so by a proxy duly executed by these officers.
