Representation of the County. A. The County shall be represented by the County Labor Relations Officer or persons designated in writing by the County Administrator. The Labor Relations Officer or the designee of the County Administrator shall have authority to execute an agreement on behalf of the County pending acceptance by the County Administrator and subsequent ratification by official resolution of the County Commission.
