Common use of Representation of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Representation of the Employee. The Employee is (i) familiar with the covenants in this Section 7, (ii) is fully aware of his obligations hereunder, (iii) finds the length of time, scope and geographic coverage of these covenants to be reasonable, and (iv) is receiving specified, bargained-for consideration for these covenants.
