REPRESENTATION OF THE ISSUER. 9.1 The Issuer represents and warrants to the Security Trustee that:
REPRESENTATION OF THE ISSUER. The Issuer represents and warrants that the Initial Guarantors are the only Subsidiaries of the Issuer that are guarantors in respect of its obligations under the Credit Agreement as of the date of this Indenture.
REPRESENTATION OF THE ISSUER. The Issuer represents and warrants that the Guarantor listed in Schedule “A” hereto is the only Guarantor as of the date of execution of this Indenture.
