Common use of Representation of Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Representation of Underwriters. In all dealings hereunder, you shall act on behalf of each of the Underwriters, and the parties hereto shall be entitled to act and rely upon any statement, request, notice or agreement on behalf of any Underwriter made or given by you.

Representation of Underwriters. In You will act as Representatives for the several Underwriters in connection with all dealings hereunder, and any action under or in respect of this Agreement taken by you shall act on behalf of each of jointly or by Montxxxxxx Xxxurities, as Representatives, will be binding upon all the Underwriters, and the parties hereto shall be entitled to act and rely upon any statement, request, notice or agreement on behalf of any Underwriter made or given by you.
