Representation on EFH Retirement Plan Investment Committee. During the term of the obligations under this Schedule II the investments of the trust for the EFH Retirement Plan shall be governed by a committee (the “Investment Committee”), and Oncor shall have the right to have three (3) voting members named by Oncor when the Investment Committee has seven (7) voting members.
