Representation Outside of the College. The Federation shall have the right to send two (2) representatives to legislative committee hearings, State Board for Community and Technical College (hereinafter “SBCTC”) meetings, or Federation national, regional or statewide meetings or conferences providing that arrangements or assignment coverage are approved by the appropriate division administrator. Travel and related expenses shall be borne by the Federation.
