Common use of Representations and Agreements to Survive Clause in Contracts

Representations and Agreements to Survive. The respective agreements, representations, warranties and other statements of the Company and the Guarantor or their officers set forth in or made pursuant to this Senior Notes Purchase Agreement will remain in full force and effect, regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of the Purchasers or any of their officers, directors or controlling persons, and will survive delivery of and payment for the Senior Notes.
