Representations and Certifications. The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.

Buyer, relies upon Subcontractor’s written representations of its size and socioeconomic status and current representations and certifications within a Federal web-based system, the System for Award Management (“XXX”), that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage and viewing of many of the representations and certifications required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations. All representations and certifications, which the Seller submitted to Buyer in connection with the award of this Order, are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and Buyer has relied such upon in issuing this Order. The Seller shall promptly advise Buyer should there be any change in Seller’s status with respect to these representations and certifications.
Representations and Certifications. Seller warrants that, if requested by Buyer, it has completed GDLS-C 0564 Registration Status Confirmation – ITAR and that as of the date of this Contract, Seller’s representations and certifications remain accurate. Seller shall provide immediate written notification to Buyer if Xxxxxx learns that any of its representations or certifications were erroneous when submitted, and at any time during the course of performance of the Contract or any resulting Contract, should Seller’s circumstances change with respect to any of its representations and certifications. Seller shall update its Registration Status Confirmation as may be requested by Buyer.
Representations and Certifications. The following representations and certifications are material representations relied upon by Xxxxx in making award to Seller. Seller shall notify Buyer of any change of circumstances affecting representations and certifications made by Seller. The representations and certifications as set forth below omit several choices that appear in the FAR version. By executing this Purchase Order, Seller represents that it has considered the full FAR version of the representations and certifications before executing this Purchase Order and affirms that the representations and certifications below are accurate. FAR 52.203-11 Certification and Disclosure Regarding Payments to Influence Certain Federal Transactions (Sept 2007). Applicable only if this Purchase Order exceeds $150,000.
Representations and Certifications. The RECIPIENT agrees that it will use the Data in compliance with all applicable anti-terrorist financing and asset control laws, regulations, rules and executive orders, including but not limited to, the USA Patriot Act of 2001, Executive Order 13224, and The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control’s (OFAC) economic and trade sanctions. The RECIPIENT hereby agrees that he/she is not located in, ordinarily resident in, or controlled by any entity or person located in a country that is, at any time that RECIPIENT uses the DATA, subject to sanctions by the U.S. government or, to the best of its knowledge, is not identified on any list of restricted parties maintained by the United States government, including, but not limited to, the Specially Designated Nationals List administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control or the Denied Persons List, Debarment List maintained by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or the Unverified List or Entity List maintained by the U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security. The RECIPIENT further represents and certifies that the DATA will not be published or posted on any public site.

As of the time of award of the Purchase Order, Seller represents and warrants that: If this Order exceeds or is expected to exceed $10,000, Seller has submitted to Purchaser EB form 84-01-0751 Certification and Representations that are incorporated herein by reference; and Seller's certifications and representations are current, accurate and complete; and In the performance of the Purchase Order, Seller shall use at least the percentage of recovered materials required by the applicable Purchase Order specifications, if any are specified; and

Any representations and certifications submitted resulting in award of this BOA are hereby incorporated either in full text or by reference, and any updated representations and certifications submitted thereafter are incorporated by reference and made a part of this BOA with the same force and effect as if they were incorporated by full text. By signing this BOA, the applicable Annex, and any resulting Order, the Supplier hereby certifies that as of the time of award of this BOA: (1) the Supplier, including its principals, is not debarred, suspended or proposed for debarment or declared ineligible for award by any Federal agency; (2) no Federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of the U.S. Congress, an officer or employee of the U.S. Congress, or an employee of a member of the U.S. Congress on its behalf in connection with awarding the contract or this BOA; and (3) no changes have occurred to any other representations and certifications made by the Supplier resulting in award of this BOA. The Supplier agrees to promptly notify Chemonics in writing of any changes occurring at any time during performance of this BOA, the applicable Annex, or any resulting Order to any representations and certifications submitted by the Supplier.
Representations and Certifications. 13.1. This Areawide Contract incorporates by reference the representations and certifications made by the Contractor which shall be filed annually electronically at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.
