REPRESENTATIONS AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT. The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Landlord has made no representations, covenants, warranties, guarantees, promises or agreements (verbal or otherwise) with the Tenant other than those contained in this Lease; that no agreement collateral hereto will be binding upon the Landlord unless made in writing and signed by the Landlord; and, that this Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the Landlord and Tenant.
