The provisions of Section 6 Sections 7 and 7 8 hereof and this Section 10 shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement.

Representations and Indemnities to Survive. The provisions of Section Sections 6 and 7 hereof and this Section 10 shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement.

The provisions of Section Sections 6 and 7 hereof and this Section 10 shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement.
