Common use of Representations and Warranties; Agreements Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties; Agreements. Each of the Guarantors represents and warrants as to itself that all representations and warranties relating to it contained in any Loan Document to which it is a party are true and correct in all material respects. Each of the Guarantors agrees that the provisions of Section 2.17 of the Credit Agreement shall apply equally to each Guarantor with respect to payments made by it hereunder.
