Common use of Representations and Warranties and Covenants of the Seller Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties and Covenants of the Seller. The Seller hereby makes to and for the benefit of the Insurer each of the representations and warranties and covenants made by the Seller in the Assignment and Servicing Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 3 and Section 9 of the Assignment and Servicing Agreement. Such representations, warranties and covenants are incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth herein, and may not be amended except by an amendment complying with the terms of Section 6.01.
