Representations and Warranties Applicable to Marvel. On and after the Marvel Inclusion Date, the representations and warranties contained in Section 4.01(g), (k), (l) and (m) and in the last sentence of Section 4.01(c) shall be deemed to also cover Marvel and its Subsidiaries as if such Persons were explicitly referred to in such Sections.
