Representations and Warranties as to Individual Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the applicable Seller hereby makes the following representations and warranties to the Purchaser on which the Purchaser specifically relies in purchasing such Mortgage Loan. Such representations and warranties speak as of the Funding Date unless otherwise indicated, but shall survive any subsequent transfer, assignment or conveyance of such Mortgage Loans: (1) Mortgage Loan as Described. Such Mortgage Loan complies with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and all of the information set forth with respect thereto on the Mortgage Loan Schedule is true and correct in all material respects;
