Common use of Representations and Warranties; Certificate Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties; Certificate. The representations and warranties of each COAF Company set forth or incorporated by reference in this Insurance Agreement shall be true and correct as of the Date of Issuance as if made on the Date of Issuance, and the Note Insurer shall have received a certificate of appropriate officers of each COAF Company to that effect.
