Representations and Warranties Concerning the Home Loans. The Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Home Loans, has the benefit of the representations and warranties made by the Seller in Section 3.1(a) and Section 3.1(b) of the Home Loan Purchase Agreement concerning the Home Loans and the right to enforce the remedies against the Seller provided in such Section 3.1(a) or Section 3.1(b) to the same extent as though such representations and warranties were made directly to the Indenture Trustee.
