Representations and Warranties Concerning the Loans. The Indenture Trustee, as the holder of a security interest in the Loans, has the benefit of the representations and warranties made by the Seller in the Loan Purchase Agreement concerning the Loans and the right to enforce the remedies against the Seller provided in such Loan Purchase Agreement to the same extent as though such representations and warranties were made directly to the Indenture Trustee.
