Representations and Warranties Continue. In connection with this Modification and for purposes of making the representations and warranties in this Section, each Credit Party has reviewed each of the representations and warranties of such Credit Party in the Loan Documents. All such representations and warranties (taking this Modification into account), are complete and correct as of the date hereof, will continue to be complete and correct as of the Closing, and will survive the Closing.

All Except for matters relating to the Existing Defaults, all such representations and warranties (taking this Modification into account), are complete and correct as of the date hereofset forth above, will continue to be complete and correct as of the Closingconsummation of the Modification, and will survive the Closingsuch consummation.
