Common use of Representations and Warranties from the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties from the Issuer. (a) The Issuer makes each of the representations and warranties to the Bondholders set out in schedule 1 (Representations and Warranties from the Issuer) to this Agreement to the Investor on the date of this Agreement. (b) The representations and warranties contained in, or given pursuant to, this Clause 3 (Representations and Warranties from the Issuer) shall be deemed to have been repeated on the Closing Date.
