Representations and Warranties in Contribution Agreement. The representations and warranties made by the Originator to the Borrower in the Contribution Agreement are hereby remade by the Borrower on each date to which they speak in the Contribution Agreement as if such representations and warranties were set forth herein. For purposes of this Section 4.1(aa), such representations and warranties are incorporated herein by reference as if made by the Borrower to the Deal Agent, the Collateral Agent and each of the Secured Parties under the terms hereof mutatis mutandis.
