Representations and Warranties in Other Credit Documents. All representations and warranties set forth in the other Credit Documents were true and correct in all material respects at the time as of which such representations and warranties were made (or deemed made) and shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the Effective Date as if such representations or warranties were made on and as of such date (it being understood and agreed that (x) any representations and warranties stated to relate to a specific earlier date shall have been true and correct in all material respects as of such earlier date and (y) any representations and warranties qualified as to “materiality” or “Material Adverse Effect” shall be true and correct in all respects at such time).
