Common use of Representations and Warranties in Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties in Other Documents. All representations and warranties set forth in the other Credit Documents, the First Lien Notes Documents, the Second Lien Loan Documents and the Pulitzer Debt Documents were true and correct in all material respects at the time as of which such representations and warranties were made (or deemed made) and shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the Effective Date as if such representations or warranties were made on and as of such date (it being understood and agreed that any such representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be true and correct in all material respects as of such specified date).
