Representations and Warranties in Other Transaction Documents. Each of the representations and warranties made by the Issuer contained in the Transaction Documents (other than this Indenture) is true, complete and correct in all respects and it hereby makes each such representation and warranty to, and for the benefit of, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders as if the same were set forth in full herein.

Each of the representations and warranties warranties, if any, made by the Issuer contained in it pursuant to the Transaction Documents (other than this IndentureAgreement) is true, complete and correct in all respects and it hereby makes each such representation and warranty to, and for the benefit of, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders United Receivables I as if the same were set forth in full herein.
