The representations and warranties of the Borrower contained in each of the Program Documents to which it is a party and in any document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to any such Program Document are true and correct and the Lender may rely on such representations and warranties, if not made directly to the Lender, as if such representations and warranties were made directly to the Lender.
