Representations and Warranties in Sale and Contribution Agreement. The representations and warranties made by the Originator to the Seller in the Sale and Contribution Agreement are hereby remade by the Seller on each date to which they speak in the Sale and Contribution Agreement as if such representations and warranties were set forth herein. For purposes of this Section 3.01(xi), such representations and warranties are incorporated herein by reference as if made by the Seller to the Trust Collateral Agent under the terms hereof mutatis mutandis.
