Common use of Representations and Warranties in the Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties in the Loan Documents. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.5 hereof, the representations and warranties in each of the Loan Documents (except with respect to the representations and warranties expressly provided as being made only as of the Closing Date) are true, complete and correct in all material respects, and the Borrower hereby confirms each such representation and warranty as being true, complete and correct in all material respects as of the relevant dates with the same effect as if set forth in its entirety herein.
