REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES MADE BY GRANTEE. 13.1 The Grantee hereby represents and warrants that it is a county transit board or regional transit authority established pursuant to Chapter 306 of the Ohio Revised Code, a county or county department, a municipality or municipal department, or a private nonprofit corporation and that it has full power and authority to enter into this Contract and to perform its obligations hereunder. 13.2 The Grantee hereby restates and confirms all statements, representations, covenants, and agreements contained in the Grantee’s application for the Grant Funds awarded pursuant to this Contract.
