Representations and Warranties of 808 Energy 2. 808 Energy 2 represents and warrants to 808 Renewable that the statements contained in this Section 3 are true and correct as of the date of this Agreement and will be true and correct as of the Closing Date (as though made then), except for any such representation and warranty that expressly is made as of a specific date (including the date of this Agreement), in which case such representation and warranty will be true and correct as of such date.
