REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ACQUIRED COMPANIES, AND PRINCIPALS. The Acquired Companies, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx each jointly and severally represent and warrant that all of the following representations and warranties in this Article IV are true and correct at the date of this Agreement, shall be true at the time of Closing, and Principals further represent that such representations and warranties as made at the time of Closing shall survive the Closing for the period of three years following the Closing Date.
