REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ARBORTEXT. Arbortext represents and warrants to PTC that, except as set forth in the disclosure schedule of even date herewith delivered to PTC by Arbortext (the "Arbortext Disclosure Schedule"), the provisions of which are numbered to correspond to the section numbers of this Agreement to which they refer; provided, however, that the disclosures in any section or paragraph in the Arbortext Disclosure Schedule shall qualify as disclosures with respect to other sections and paragraphs in this Section 2 to the extent that it is reasonably apparent from the reading of such disclosure that it also qualifies or applies to such other sections or paragraphs:
