AXENT makes to Symantec and Merger Sub the representations and warranties contained in this Article III, in each case subject to the exceptions set forth in the disclosure statement, dated as of the date hereof (the "AXENT Disclosure Statement"). The AXENT Disclosure Statement shall be arranged in schedules corresponding to the numbered and lettered Sections of this Article III, and the disclosure in any Schedule of the AXENT Disclosure Statement shall only qualify the corresponding Section of this Article III, unless the disclosure contained in such Section contains such information so as to enable a reasonable person to determine that such disclosure qualifies or otherwise applies to other Sections of this Article III.
