REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF BCSB. BCSB hereby makes the following representations and warranties to Triumph, each of which shall be deemed to be a separate representation and warranty, all of which have been made for the purpose of inducing Triumph to enter into this Agreement, and in reliance on which Triumph has entered into this Agreement, and such representations and warranties shall be deemed made as of the date hereof, as of the dates on which BCSB submits an Request for Disbursement, and as of the dates on which BCSB receives any disbursement of the Grant:
