Common use of Representations and Warranties of Choom Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of Choom. (1) Choom represents and warrants to Phivida as set forth in Schedule D and acknowledges and agrees that Phivida is relying upon such representations and warranties in connection with the entering into of this Agreement and agreeing to complete the Arrangement.
