REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF DCI. All of the representations and warranties of DCI contained in this Agreement including but not limited to those representations and warranties contained in Article 4 of this Agreement and including all information contained on the attached Exhibits and Schedules are true and accurate as of the date of this Agreement and will also be true and accurate as of the Closing Date.
