REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF EXTENSITY. Extensity hereby makes to Geac and Geac Sub the representations and warranties contained in this Article IV, in each case subject to the exceptions set forth in the disclosure statement dated as of the date of this Agreement delivered by Extensity to Geac and Geac Sub before the execution of this Agreement (the "Extensity Disclosure Statement"). The Extensity Disclosure Statement is arranged in schedules corresponding to the numbered and lettered sections of this Article IV. The disclosure in any such schedule of the Extensity Disclosure Statement qualifies only the corresponding section of this Article IV.
