Representations and Warranties of Finger Print. Finger Print hereby agrees and confirms that the representations and warranties made by it pursuant to subsection 3.1 of the Finger Print Rollover Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis in favour of Innovatech as if made in this Agreement and hereby acknowledges and confirms that Innovatech is relying upon such representations and warranties in connection herewith and would not have entered into this Agreement without such representations and warranties.
