Representations and Warranties of FMC. FMC makes the following representations and warranties as of the date hereof, as of the date of each purchase of Bank of America GATE Conforming Loans and as of any other date specified below. FMC shall cause each Purchaser Trust to make substantially the same representations and warranties in a Pool Supplement as of the date of each purchase of Bank of America GATE Conforming Loans:
