Common use of Representations and Warranties of FWRLP Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of FWRLP. In order to induce Contributors to enter into this Agreement and to contribute the Partnership Interests to FWRLP, FWRLP, and, as to Sections 8(a), 8(b), 8(e), 8(f) and 8(g), First Washington Realty Trust, Inc ("REIT") hereby make the following representations and warranties as of the date hereto, each of which is material and shall survive Closing, notwithstanding any investigation at any time made by or on behalf of Contributors:
