Representations and Warranties of Generac. Generac hereby represents and warrants to the Buyer that the statements contained in this §3 are correct and complete as of the date of this Agreement and shall be correct and complete as of the Closing Date, except as set forth in the corresponding section of the disclosure schedule accompanying this Agreement (the “Disclosure Schedule”). The Disclosure Schedule shall be arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the lettered paragraphs contained in this §3; provided, however, that any event, fact or circumstance disclosed in any lettered paragraph of the Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be a disclosure for purposes of other lettered paragraphs of the Disclosure Schedule so long as it is reasonably apparent that such disclosure applies to such other lettered paragraphs of the Disclosure Schedule.
