REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF GRANGES. Except as disclosed in a document delivered by Granges to Da Capo prior to the execution of this Agreement, Granges represents and warrants to Da Capo as follows:
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF GRANGES. The representations and warranties of Granges set forth in this Agreement shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Effective Date as though made on and as of the Effective Date, except as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement.
