Common use of Representations and Warranties of HARC Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of HARC. HARC makes the following representations and warranties, on which Seller relies in selling, assigning, transferring and conveying the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property to HARC hereunder.
