Representations and Warranties of Hosting and Networks. As a material inducement to the Buying Parties to enter into this Agreement, Hosting and Networks, jointly and severally, hereby represent and warrant to the Buying Parties that the statements contained in this Section 3 are correct and complete as of the date hereof (or on the date as of which they are made, in the case of any representation or warranty which specifically relates to an earlier date).
