REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF
ISA AND MERGER SUB. Each of ISA and Merger Sub represents and warrants to Duos that the statements contained in this Article IV are true and correct as of the date of this Agreement and will be true and correct as of the Closing Date, except as modified by the disclosure schedules of ISA and/or Merger Sub to Duos attached to this Agreement (the "ISA Disclosure Letter"), arranged in sections corresponding to the paragraphs in this Section to the extent that it is reasonably apparent from a reading of the disclosure that it also qualifies or applies to such other paragraphs.
