REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF M CAMPXXXX. X Campxxxx hereby represents and warrants to PEC and Lone Star that: (i) M Campxxxx xxx the capacity and power to enter into and perform the obligations of M Campxxxx xxxer this Agreement; (ii) M Campxxxx has duly and validly executed this Agreement; (iii) the execution of this Agreement and performance of obligations of M Campxxxx hereunder do not require the consent or approval of any other party; and (iv) this Agreement constitutes a valid and binding obligation of M Campxxxx.
