Representations and Warranties of Montxxxxxx Xxxd. Xontxxxxxx Ward xxxeby represents, warrants, and agrees that Montxxxxxx Ward xxx received no notice of default under the Monogram Agreement and that the terms of the Monogram Agreement as of the date hereof are set forth in the Agreement and amendments that have been furnished by Montxxxxxx Xxxd xx ValueVision prior to the date hereof. Montxxxxxx Xxxd xxxees to notify ValueVision promptly in writing of any change in the terms of the Monogram Agreement that affect the procedures or rights set forth in this Agreement.
